Hello! I’m using the Summertime Collection from Spellbinders and Lisa Horton again, because it’s just so simple to work with, and I love all of the dies in the collection. I went for a soft and dreamy look today, with the Decorative Lattice Die as a feature. You may have seen me use it before HERE.

I started by cutting the Decorative Lattice Die out of a pink Spellbinders Cardstock twice. I love that you can extend the lattice as much as you want by lining the die up with where you previously cut. My planter and foliage is from the Containers and Foliage Die Set. You may have seen me use it another time HERE. I chose some more Spellbinders Cardstock for them and pieced them together after I added some Rustic Wilderness Distress Ink to my foliage. I also used a white gel pen to add some highlights.

I die cut a Ripped Edge Circle to ground my plant and inked the edge with Antique Linen Distress Oxide and a mini ink blending tool. I used Antique Linen on my card base as well, behind my lattice for some additional interest. My sentiment is from the Essentially Yours Sentiments Collection and is called Layered Hello Friend. I inked the focal layer with Clay Mask Ink from Catherine Pooler. I added a few Metallic Bronze Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs for shine.

This card can be used for many occasions, even as a sympathy card. I think it’s really pretty, and it’s easy to duplicate. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
