This time, I trimmed the panel down to be 3 1/2″ x 5.” I used my Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink to get my impression, then I used the following Distress Ink colors to ink the panel, while using the coordinating stencils.
Sky: Tumbled Glass
Windmills: Uncharted Mariner, Lost Shadow
Ground: Walnut Stain, Rustic Wilderness, Twisted Citron
Flowers: Mustard Seed, Saltwater Taffy, Picked Raspberry, Villainous Potion

Having a nice big border around my focal panel allowed me the opportunity to use some patterned paper behind it. I used two pieces from the Rosie’s Studio Breakfast in Bed 6×6 Paper Pad from Spellbinders. I also added a sentiment from the Clear Stamp and Die of the Month for March 2026, which I inked a pit with Twisted Citron.

I like the effect of cutting the focal panel smaller and having the design slightly offset. It gives the idea that there is a bigger world past the borders of the “picture.” Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest release. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
