Hello! I have a really simple card that uses Hero Arts‘ Cozy Season Collection. I’m used the Hide and Peek Stamp & Cut. This stamp set is actually why I fell so in love with it. It’s got the cutest big-eyed cats, and they look super mischievous. I particularly love the leaves that have a spot for a kitty to look through.

I stamped out the cats and leaf pile with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink. I heat set the leaf pile because I wanted to color it with Copics, and Copics tend to make the Clair inks bleed. I was pretty careful when I colored too. I die cut the three pieces, then I figured out where I wanted the cats to go. I didn’t like how their white die cut outline stood out on and around the leaves, so I colored those areas to help them blend more seamlessly.

When I figured out where I wanted to place my focal elements, I ink blended a circle of Sauna Ink from Catherine Pooler. I kept it concentrated in the middle and had it fade to nothing. I added a bit more color to the cat’s outlines to match the ink and then I adhered them down. I stamped my sentiment right onto the card and added a few faux splatters with a Micron Pen.

This was really quick to make, and I think it’s adorable. I love these cats! Please visit Hero Arts to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
