Hello! I have a birthday card that would work for pretty much anyone today and it uses the Mid Century Starballs Diamonds Mask from A Colorful Life Designs. I love how bold this mask is, and it’s really easy to work with.

I had a piece of cardstock I had used to clean up some leftover Wild Honey Distress Oxide Spray and I thought it would be the perfect start to this card. Based on the Wild Honey color, I chose some Catherine Pooler Inks that I thought would go well with it. I inked the mask with Sauna, Mandarin Spice, and Merlot. I seriously love this color combo, and I’ll need to use it again.
I had some scrap of that background piece left, so I used it for my sentiment, which was stamped in Merlot. It’s from the Yay Day My Monthly Hero May 2026 from Hero Arts. I popped the sentiment up with foam tape. I needed some shine, so I added a few Crystal Metallic Flamenco Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs. I kept the card base white because it worked with the splattery background that has white showing.
