Hello! I’ve got a fun interactive card to share today that uses Simon Hurley’s Snappy Birthday Stamps & Dies. I love the trio of alligators in this set. You may have seen THIS card that uses one of the other gators from Snappy Birthday. The gator and balloons stamp is great because it doesn’t have to be for a birthday; it’s great for an encouragement card. Scroll down to see this card in action!

I stamped the image onto Strathmore Smooth Bristol Cardstock with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink. Then I colored the alligator and balloons with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens. I love that the coordinating die cuts in between the strings of the balloons.

For my background layer, I opted to use the Lined Circles 3D Embossing Folder from Spellbinders. I inked the folder with Firefly Ink from Altenew. It really makes those dimensional lines stand out, and works really well with the alligator. I inked the edge of my card base with Samba Ink from Catherine Pooler. My sentiment is from the Snappy Birthday Set, and I used Nocturne Ink for it. The finishing touch was a Mini Action Wobbler to make the alligator wiggle. Check it out!

I am having such a good time with this set. It’s really a lot of fun to work with. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
