Hello! There are two brand new collections from Hero Arts this month, and the first is called Eggstra Special. It’s perfect for Easter, Ostara, bunny lovers, and egg decorators. 🐰I made a fun little scene using the Color My World Stamp & Cut. I don’t get to color nearly as much as I’d like to, so I was really eggcited to break out my Copics for this card.

I stamped out all of my elements with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, because it’s Copic Friendly. After coloring and die cutting everything, I stamped the paint splotches onto the egg using Catherine Pooler Ink. I was careful to mask off the edges of the egg so that the “paint” wouldn’t go past the black outline. I used Limoncello, Pixie Dust, and Oh Boy. I added some Limoncello to my sentiment as well.

I used the Grass Die from the My Monthly Super Hero Kit for my ground. That kit is sold out, but the Eggstra Special Collection has a Landscapes Die Set that comes with a different grass die that can be used. My sky was made with a sweet polka dot paper I had in my stash, and I cut a simple yellow circle, which I inked with Tiara Ink for my sun. I chopped off the edges to fit my paper. I used more Pixie Dust Ink for the edges of my card base.

There were still a lot of stamps in the set that I haven’t used, so I hope you’ll come back to see what else I’ve made with it. I’ll have other projects featuring different products in the collection too. Please visit Hero Arts to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
