Hello! The Press & Foil Plate of the Month for January 2026 from Spellbinders is a beautiful post card design. I particularly love the bird and branch design on it, and it inspired my to use just that portion of the BetterPress Plate. I thought it worked beautifully with one of the newest collections from Spellbinders.

I inked the BetterPress Plate with Pinecone VersaFine Clair Ink. I used Strathmore’s Smooth Bristol Cardstock as my paper because I knew I wanted to use my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens to color it in. After it was colored, I did a loos fussy cut around the design.

I die cut the medium arch from the new Arch Punch & Pierce Die Set from the new Regal Reflections Collection from Spellbinders from copper foiled cardstock. I love the warm glow it has. I adhered my bird to the arch tucking some parts under and having other parts on top of the arch for more visual interest. Then, I embossed a piece of light blue pearl cardstock with the new Regal Lattice 3D Embossing Folder. I used only one half of the folder, the other half has a completely different design on it. It’s such an intricate and beautiful folder. I added a sentiment from this month’s Clear Stamp & Die of the Month and some Luminous White Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs for additional shine.

I love how this turned out, and it really feels like Spring to me. I am so glad I cut out the bird and branch from the Press & Foil Plate of the Month. I’ll have more to share with the Regal Reflections Collections soon. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
