Hello! I mentioned the other day how much I love the new I Pick You Collection from Hero Arts. I love using fruit imagery, and apples are one of my favorite fruits to color because they can be so many colors. I used the Apple Branch Stamp & Cut for today’s card, which is my favorite part of this collection.

My favorite type of apple is a Golden Delicious, so I decided to make that the first type of apple I color. I stamped the image with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and I colored it with the following Copics: E25, E29, YR31, Y21, Y35, G21, G94, G99, and YG67. I also added little black specks with a Copic-friendly pen.

I wanted a cool background, but I didn’t want it to take away from the apples. I decided to use the Lined Corners Embossing Folder from Spellbinders. I embossed white cardstock and left it as-is. I stamped my sentiment, which is from the Hero Arts You’re Golden Stamp & Cut set, with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink. I popped the sentiment and the Apple Branch up with foam tape, and added some shine with Luminous White Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs.

This is one of my favorite cards from 2025. I just loved coloring the apples, I adore that embossing folder, and I’m really happy with how it all came together. Please be sure to visit Hero Arts to see the rest of the newest releases, and check back here to see what else I make with this collection. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
