Hello! I have a beautiful new 3D embossing folder from Spellbinders called Season Sparkles and I thought it would look great if we inked the background of the folder before embossing the cardstock. My video shows how to do this, and the cool results you can get.

If this style is a little too mess for you, you can use a brayer after you’ve applied your ink to the embossing folder to blend them a bit. You can also repeat the inking and embossing process a few times to deepen and solidify the colors. But I like the way this looks.
