Hello! I’ve got a card that uses the new Elf Culture Stamp & Cut set from Hero Arts with a die set from Spellbinders that came out in August. Elf Culture is from the new Yule Fuel Collection, but I opted to not make a holiday themed card today.

I started by coloring the little racoon with Copics, after stamping it with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I used the coordinating die to cut it out. Next, I cut my layers using the Spellbinders and Lisa Horton’s Bow & Bell Scallop Frame Die Set.

I stamped my sentiment on my white layer with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink. Then I used a black spray to splatter onto the white layer, the outside of my card base, plus a bit inside the card as well. Then, I assembled all of the layers. I decided to keep things flat and not use any foam.

I don’t usually make cards that are completely devoid of color, but I think it really works here. It’s striking but cute, and hopefully will make someone smile. Please be sure to visit Hero Arts and Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
