Hello! I have a cool card to share that uses the new Gears Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. I used lots of metallic and some grunge on it, and I think it came out pretty rad, without a lot of effort.

I used another portion of a Gel Press print that you may have seen HERE. It was a great monoprint to work with, and I may need to make more like it soon. I used a silver embossing paste through the stencil onto the print, removed and cleaned the stencil, and let the paste dry.

It’s been a bit since I used the Dude die set from CZ Design and Simon Says Stamp, and it goes perfectly with this stencil and style. I cut the focal layer out of black cardstock and the shadow out of gold. Then I heat embossed my sub-sentiment with silver embossing powder and the Purr-fectly Wicked stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I inked my card base with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink.

I love how cool this looks. All of the metallics look even better in person. The texture from the embossing paste is great too.
