Hello! Things have been positively nutty around my house lately, and I didn’t know if I would be able to get this post up in time, but I did! I juuuuust finished making this card and immediately starting writing this post. It’s time for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Hop, and I didn’t want to miss it. I’ve been participating in it for quite some time now, and I love seeing all of the different caffeinated creations. My card uses a bunch of different companies and products, so let me show you what I came up with. You can use the hashtag #fallwinter2023clh to find other projects for this hop, or visit the Coffee Lovers Hop post.

I’ve had the Warm & Wonderful stamp and die set from The Greetery for a while now, and I haven’t gotten to use it, so I knew this was the perfect opportunity to break it out. I stamped all of my images out with a variety of inks and brands, such as Altenew, PinkFresh Studio, and Imagine. After everything was die cut, I started to assemble the pieces.
For my background, I used a piece of starry paper from Honey Bee Stamps‘ Farm Fresh Holiday Paper Pad, but it doesn’t seem to be available anymore. I used a piece of patterned paper that looks like wood for the ground, but I don’t recall who makes it. I adhered all of my pieces to this small rectangle, then I decided I wanted it to have a shiny gold border, so I added that as well.
I took the Christmas Star stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and sprayed it liberally with Desert Sand Fireworks! Spray from Imagine. Then I flipped it directly on to my card base for an all-over pattern. After it dried, I added my decorated layers to the base and topped it all off with a sentiment from PinkFresh Studios’ Perfect Sentiments Holiday Stamp and Die. It seems like this is also no longer available, but you can of course use what you have.
I have to say, I really love how this turned out. I think it’s elegant and classy, and I love the various elements. I want to keep making these with various layouts an patterned papers. If you want to play along with the Coffee Lovers Hop, you have until November 10th to join in. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
