Greetings! I have two cards to share with you today, both using the new Fransformer Snow Birds stamp set from Spellbinders. The Fransformer collection is created by Fran from Stampendous, and has characters with different adornments and/or body parts so you can “transform” them how you like. 3 of these sets came out this month. I am entering these cards into the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Linky Party as well. #fallingfortheholidays2023byshclp .
Let’s take a look at these birds.

Here’s a happy little owl that I colored to look like a snow owl, using Copic Markers. I’ll have the colors listed below, after I show you the second card. The background is the Winter Splash Quick Card Backgrounds, also from Stampendous via Spellbinders.
I added some snowflakes, which are from the Snow Birds stamp set with VersaFine Clair Ink in Twilight. In addition, I wanted some sparkle, so I grabbed some really old Distress Stickles in Rock Candy and added that to the ground.
My second card was quick to create, just like the first, because I used patterned paper. The Be Merry paprer collection from Pink & Main is so bold and fun, I thought it was perfect for this little birdie. I cut up a couple of patterns from the set, and added a red polka dot paper from my very old stash.
The Copics I used for both cards are: E21, E43, E57, E59, E40, E41, W7, N9, G28, G29, G24, G21, C1, YR07, Y35, R22, R24, R27, R29. The sentiment on this second card was stamped with VersaFine Clair Ink as well, but in Tulip Red.
The Fransformer collection allows you to change up the way your stamps look, and you can interchange elements from each set. So be sure to check out the entire series over at the Spellbinders website. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
