Greetings! The April Release from A Colorful Life Designs is pretty coffee and tea heavy, but there are a number of stencils that are just cool designs that can be used for anything. My card today uses one of them, called Wild Bubbles. I also pulled out an old digital image I colored ages ago.

I sifted through images I had colored, and came across this Skinny Maiden from A Day for Daisies. I couldn’t find her on their website, but they have some of my most favorite digital images ever, and I’m sure you’ll fall in love with something. I had colored her on Cason Mixed Media Paper with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens. This helped me decide what to do with the stencil.
I dug out some really old green patterned paper with circles and inked the Wild Bubbles on top with Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide. I stamped my sentiment with Shady Lane VersaFine Clair ink. It’s from Pinkfresh Studio’s In My Heart stamp set. I kept my card base white. Surprising, I know. And this isn’t the only time I did that this month.
I think this came out really sweet, and I’m happy I got to use some old patterned paper. Please be sure to visit A Colorful Life Designs to see the many, many stencils they have to offer.
