Hello! Today I’m featuring the Large Die Set of the Month from Spellbinders, along with a Gel Press print I made with the Grand Swirl Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. The Large Die is called Wrapped in Care and works great on an A2 or 5×7 card. My card today is a 5×7 because I wanted to show off my monoprint.

I had the monoprint in my stash for a while, and I knew it would work really well with this die set. I made it with Distress Inks, the stencil, and bubble wrap. This is the first print of the batch, but the ghost print came out pretty cool too. I love the soft color blend.

For the gal, I used mostly cardstock from Spellbinders, but some (like the skin) was just in my stash. She looks very calm and peaceful, and I love how she works with the background. I didn’t do any ink blending, just straight cardstock. The sentiment is from the Clear Stamp and Die of the Month, and I inked it with Pinecone VersaFine Clair Ink.

I’ve already made another card using this die set, but it looks pretty different from this card, so I hope you’ll come back to see it. I had fun with this one, and I’m always happy to use one of my Gel Prints. If you visit A Colorful Life Designs, you can use my code AlFan10 to save 10%. Be sure to visit Spellbinders to see all of this month’s Clubs. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
