Hello! I’m using more Spellbinders Club Kits for December 2025 today. I decided to combine the Small Die of the Month, the Betterpress of the Month, and the Clear Stamp & Die of the Month for a sweet card that’s perfect for your significant other.

I started by assembling the sweet owls. I thought they were so cute, and I like that they have a branch to sit on. I kept it simple and didn’t do any ink blending on them.

Next, I used the BetterPress on cotton cardstock. I inked it with Glamorous VersaFine Clair Ink. It’s such a nice shade of deep pink. I really like how the BetterPress has a combination of little images in it to make the big heart. I stamped my sentiment with the same color ink. Next, I inked the edges of the cardstock with Pink Champagne Ink from Catherine Pooler. I wanted to deepen the edges further, so I also used Icing on the Cake Ink. I felt like the background still needed something, so I squished some Icing on the Cake Ink onto my Glassboard, added some water, and splattered it all over the background. Then I popped up my owls and sentiment to finish things off.

This is a really sweet combination of products. I think it came out really cute. I like that you can make the wings of the owls red or pink so that they look like hearts, even though I opted to not do that here. Be sure to visit Spellbinders to see all of this month’s Clubs. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
