Hello! Today I’ve got another card that uses the new Better with Sprinkles Collection from Catherine Pooler. I decided to highlight those fun spoons in the Build a Sundae Die Set so I did a whole lot of die cutting with them out of silver metallic foiled paper.

I wanted the cute little hearts on the handle to stand out, so I colored them in with a red Copic marker. I was also sure to trim off the excess from the spoons that hung off the edge and use them somewhere else on the card base, I had no waste by doing this.

I used one of the fun patterns from the I Scream, You Scream paper pad for the bowl, and then red, brown, and blue cardstocks from Catherine Pooler for some of the other elements. The other cardstocks were from my stash. I inked the chocolate sauce with Over Coffee Ink, the strawberry ice cream with Be Mine, and the French Vanilla ice cream with Buttercream. I also applied some Over Coffee to my glass mat, added water, and flicked the color onto the French Vanilla to give it speckles. I liked that added touch, and it looks more like actual French Vanilla ice cream. The sentiment was stamped and die cut with the Birthday Banter Set.

This collection is so fun. We are big lovers of ice cream in our house, so I can see it getting used a lot. Please visit Catherine Pooler to see the entire release. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
