Hello! I have two adorable cards today using the Summer Camp Collection by Allison Frazier and Spellbinders. Seriously, this month has some of the most exciting releases and I can’t get enough of them. This particular collection is so adorable and has so many ways to customize your projects, it’s kinda mind-blowing.

I did a whole lot of die cutting and piecing together the parts before I thought about how I was going to use everything. I knew it would be easier for me to have lots of preassembled elements before I started building my cards. Let’s start with the hedgehog card.

This cutie was the first thing I worked on. I thought he was so adorable. He’s from the Woodland Trio Die Set. I die cut a forest of trees (from the Trails End Die Set) and did some ink blending on each of them, using various ink brands and cardstocks.

I decided to use the Lakeside Memories Layering Stencil Set for both of my cards. Again, I used a variety of ink brands. I recommend you just use what you’ve got in your stash. My sentiment is from the Summertime Sentiments Stamp Set and I inked it with Pinecone VersaFine Clair Ink and then added some residual brown ink from my brush.

My little squirrel friend is ready for a nap. He is also from the Woodland Trio Die Set, and the hammock comes with the trees in the Trails End Die Set.

The Lakeside Memories Stencils were sized for vertical A2 cards, but I wanted to use them for my horizontal layouts, so I just adjusted and extended them as needed. It worked really well and I don’t think you could tell that they were sized for vertical cards.

I love both of these cards and I can’t wait to show you more using this wonderful collection. I am having so much fun with it. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
