Hello! Today I got to use another piece of the sheet music I painted on in THIS video. This is exactly why I like creating Master Boards. Working on full-sized paper allows you to have plenty leftover for future projects. I knew this piece was perfect to use with the new Piano Keys Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs.

I backed the sheet music with cardstock for stability and because the paper curled when it dried. Then I placed the Piano Keys Stencil on top, and used glossy white embossing paste across the entire panel. As it dried, I inked my card base with Saltwater Taffy Distress Ink.

For my sentiment, I stamped the first part with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink. It’s from the Smile Stamp Set from Honey Bee. For the “sing,” I used Spellbinders’ Be Bold Lowercase Alphabet Die Set. I used a soft turquoise color to bring out the Salvaged Patina Distress Paint color in the background.

This card doesn’t need to be for anyone musically inclined…it’s more about how they make you feel inside. Please visit the A Colorful Life Designs website to see the thousands of available stencils. Thank you so much for your kind words!
