Hello! Today I’m sharing four little projects from the Summer Felt Stitch & Create Collection from Nichol Spohr and Spellbinders. These designs are just so sweet, and there are a number of ways to customize some of them! Truth be told, I’m really not able to stitch, with my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I gave it a shot, but my fingers won’t cooperate, so I had my mom make them all for me after I die cut all the pieces. She loved making them, and really wants to make more.

Some of the felt is from Spellbinders, and some is not. The Spellbinders Merino Wool is thick and soft, and holds up so well to die cutting and stitching small bits like you see in my photos. But we had to supplement with other felt, and they just didn’t hold up as well at all. So be mindful about the felt you use, it totally makes a difference.

To learn how to make each of these, I highly recommend checking out Nichol Spohr’s YouTube Channel. She goes through the process for each of them with great detail. I’m excited to decorate things with these! Maybe a bag…a hat, I might even make the sunflower a pin for my coat! Please be sure to visit Spellbinders to see all of the Felt Stitch & Create die sets, they’re really so much fun. A big thanks to my mom for helping me out! Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
