Hello! This month’s Spellbinders Club Kits are about the ocean, tranquility, and a touch of origami. I really love the Clear Stamp & Die Set of the Month, and I use part of that kit on today’s card. I also use a die from the Stitching Die Set of the Month.

I did some quick coloring of the boat with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens. I used the following colors:
Boat: 75, 900
Mast: 068
Small Flags: 082, 050, 036
Large Flag: 082, 081, 200

I used the waves die in the Stitching Kit to create my water. I used several colors of blue and teal cardstock, and one layer is holographic. I made sure to not line the waves up and to give each layer a different width to keep things interesting. I stamped my sentiment with Twilight VersaFine Clair Ink.

This is a great encouragement card that doesn’t take long to make. I think we’re often trying to rush through things in life, or we have too much going on, and we forget that it’s okay to just float a bit. This card reminds us of that. Thank you so much for your kind words!
