Hello! I am so excited to share that each month, I get to share two of the Hero Studio Kits from Hero Arts. There’s a beautiful coastal vibe to this month’s kits and my card today will feature the Card Kit of the Month as well as the Cling Stamp of the Month.

As soon as I saw the stamps in the kit, I was immediately inspired to start coloring. I have a thing for navy blue and coral, so I went with that, plus a soft, warm gray, as my color palette. You’ll see this color combo again later in the month, because I really do love it. I used my Copics to color the elements after stamping them with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I stamped my sentiment with Twilight VersaFine Clair Ink.

I wanted a subtle backdrop for my colored elements, so I used the Cling Stamp of the Month, which is a fantastic stripe. I inked it with Morning Frost Ink from Altenew and cut it down to a small piece. I really wanted to add more navy blue, so I embossed a piece of cardstock with Spellbinders’ Wicker Basket Embossing Folder. It looks great with the rest of the card. I popped up the striped panel and left my card base white.

I can’t wait to show you more projects with these kits! I know I’ll be getting so much use out of the strip cling stamp, and living on an island, beachy vibes are always a great theme to work with! Please visit Hero Arts to get all of the info on Hero Studio Kits. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
