Hello! It’s time for an awesome stencil & masking technique! We’ll be making a graduation card today. I used 2 of the newest stencils from A Colorful Life Designs, called Praise Burst and Boy Congrats. You don’t need a lot of supplies to make this card, and the technique is really impactful!
