Greetings! I have another card that features a BetterPress Plate from Justine’s Farm Collection from Spellbinders and Justine Dvorak. This time, I used Cotton Ball the lamb and one of the accompanying sentiments.

I used my BetterPress system with Porcelain Cotton Cardstock and Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink to get my impressions. Then I trimmed the panel with the Tonic Deckle Trimmer. I used Gansai Tambi watercolors to paint the lamb. Then I applied Speckled Egg Distress Ink to the edges with a blending brush.

I wanted to highlight the flowers on Cotton Ball, so I chose a paper from Echo Park’s Pool Party paper pad to use behind the top panel. I also trimmed that piece with the Deckle Trimmer. I inked my white card base with Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide.

This is a very simple layout but it has a lot of interest because of the adorable lamb, the pretty patterned paper, and the tilted design. You can make a bunch of these quickly and use up some patterned paper in the process. Be sure to visit Spellbinders to see the entire Justine’s Farm Collection. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
