Greetings! I was so excited when I saw the March ’25 BetterPress of the Month from Spellbinders. This is one of many subscriptions you can get from Spellbinders, and you can get all of the info HERE. This month’s BetterPress is called Quilted Memories, and it immediately gave me lots of ideas on how to use it. I decided to watercolor my first version.

I used Pinecone VersaFine Clair Ink to make my impression on Cotton Cardstock. The panel looks beautiful that way, but of course I wanted to go further with it. I took out my Koi Watercolors and painted the panel using a violet and yellow. I colored every other row of flowers in opposite colors to make it a little more interesting. Painting this panel didn’t take long, and it was quite relaxing. I left the panel large, to cover my entire card front.

I used the same Pinecone Ink with my sentiment, which is part of the Kit. You get 2 sentiments this month with the main Plate. I used the accompanying die to cut it out and I mounted it on my panel with 1mm Foam Strips from Scrapbook.com. Then I added a few Satin Matte Copper Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs.

You could easily go even further with this BetterPress Plate and add shading, even more sparkle, etc. But I really love how it looks like this. I’ll have more to share with this Club Kit soon. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the Club Kits. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
