Hi there! I had some fun with the Shadowed Hugs and Hello Stencil 1 and the Multi Shadow Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. I decided it was a good time to pull out the Painted Pencil Botanical Set from Sizzix. I thought the geometry of the Multi Shadow Stencil and the organic quality of the Botanical would be a wonderful combination.

I had an old patterned paper that I used the Multi Shadow on. It had nice colors and faint rectangles on it. I used Spun Sugar Distress Oxide with the stencil. I used Pinecone VersaFine Clair for the sentiment.

For the stamped floral, I used VersaFine Clair Inks in Nocturne, Avocado, Shady Lane, Hawthorn Rose, and Baby Pink. The coordinating die made easy work of cutting this delicate image out. I added a few Opaque Iridescent Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs for some shine.

This is one of those cards that I’d like to make in several color palettes. It would make a lovely gift set.
