I stamped the focal stamp onto a piece of Copic friendly paper with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. I colored the stamped image with the following Copics:
Skin: E50, E21, E35, E93
Fur: E53, E57, E59
Fan: C0, C1, C3, C7
Ice: B000, B00, B12
Glass: BG10, BG13
Ground: BG72, BG09, BG10
Liquid: Altenew’s Dew Drops from the Zanzibar collection (this is a watercolor marker, which I used so that it wouldn’t make the Copics bleed or blend)
I trimmed down the colored panel with one of the plain dies in the Hemstitch Rectangles set from Spellbinders. Then I inked the edges with Salvaged Patina Distress Ink, which I also did on my card base. Behind my colored panel, I added a Gel Press monoprint that I had made with assorted alcohol inks. It was in my stash already, so I don’t recall what colors I used.
I love the refreshing colors on this card. It makes me feel just a little cooler…how about you? You can check out all of the available House Mouse stamps over at Spellbinders. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
