Hello Folks! I have another super easy card to share today. The new Just One Dog stencil from A Colorful Life Designs is perfect for any dog lover and I decided to make a quick card using some patterned papers.

I liked the colors of Echo Park’s Bark 6×6 Paper Pad. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find anyone that is still stocking it, but this design can be duplicated with any paper you have, even if it’s plain. I stenciled the design with Walnut Stain Distress Ink on the light blue chevron paper. I then die cut it with Spellbinders’ Essential Arches. Then, I cut out a coordinating red cardstock with the next largest arch.
Behind the arches, I used the colorful paw print design, just cut as a regular rectangle. I inked the edges of my card base with Speckled Egg Distress Ink. That’s it! Easy peasy, right?
I like being able to make a quick card like this. Sets of them make fantastic gifts! And, you get to use some of your paper stash, which, if it’s anything like mine, is quite large. Please be sure to visit A Colorful Life Designs to see the many, many stencils they have to offer. You can use my code, AlFan10 to save 10% off of your regular-priced purchase. Then, show off your creations in the A Colorful Life Designs Fan Group on FB. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
