Hello! I have an adorable House Mouse card to share today. I used the Mouse Mail stamp from Spellbinders for this card, along with one of the two accompanying sentiment stamps. All the House Mouse stamps from Spellbinders are red rubber with a cling backing, so you can get truly incredible detail with these stamps.

I decided to color this stamp with Copics, so I inked it with Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and stamped it onto Copic friendly paper. Here are the colors I used:
Mailbox: R22, R24, R29, G94, G99, BG93, E35, YR23
Pole: E47, E49, E57
Foliage: G24, YG67
Envelopes: E41, E43, G00 (on top of the E’s), B23, BV01, BV02, RV10, RV13
Stamps: Y35, YR04, B04, RV09, RV000, YG41, V04, YG45, Y11, RV14, YG17, BG34, YR15, B12
Mice Skin: E21, E33, E50, E93
Mice Fur: E21, E25, E29, T2, T4, T6
Sky: B000, B00, B01, BG45
I cut the colored panel down with Spellbinders’ A2 Mating Basics Set B, using the one of the largest dies in the set. I decided to adhere it to my card at an angle, which allowed plenty of space for a fun pattern to show. I chose a rainbow plaid from Lawn Fawn’s Perfectly Plaid paper pack. This pack seems to no longer be available, but I was able to find THIS paper pack from MFT that’s pretty similar and would work perfectly. I took the plaid to the edge of the card base, so no need for additional inking this time.
This is definitely a more detailed stamp to color, but boy is it fun! The plaid paper really make the postage stamps stand out. If you’d like to see the rest of the House Mouse collection from Spellbinders, please click HERE. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
