Greetings! I have a fun layering stencil to share today. The Layered Ho Ho Ho stencil set from A Colorful Life Designs is fun, bold, and really customizable. I’ve been in quite a teal mood, so I used a few cool tones on mine.

I used Distress Inks for this in Rustic Wilderness, Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio, and Evergreen Bough on top of a piece of Lawn Fawn’s Watercolor Wishes Rainbow Paper. I thought the dots in the background were fun. I decided to pull out the Lawn Fawn Snow Globe Scenes stamp and die set too. I colored my snow globe with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens. This is such a fun bunch of stamps, and I need to remember to use it more.
I was originally going to add my layers to the card base straight, but it’s fun to put them at different angles…it adds some whimsy to the design. I grabbed a piece of mint colored cardstock and drew some faux stitching around it. I inked my card base lightly with Peacock Feathers, and then adhered all of my layers. I added a touch of Stickles to the snowflakes in the globe.
I really like that you can change up the colors for this stencil set to suit your needs, and really play with color.
