Greetings! Last night I did a FB Live for Doodles Paper Playground (we do FB Lives every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month). I decided to using various embossing pastes on acetate. We then took one of the acetate pieces and turned it into a shaker. I showered the viewers a few options, and explained why some stencils worked better for this technique than others. Wanna catch the replay? Check it out HERE.

I used Ciao Bella’s Dots & Stripes stencil with the Rina K Designs Hello Yellow Glitz Glitter Gel from Therm O Web. I had this part done before the Live because the Gel needed to be dry. The viewers helped me to pick the rest of the products. We used Mama Elephant’s Fresh Fruits, colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens and the Hex Yeah stamp and die set from CZ Design for the sentiment.
The Sparkle Blend we used was Sugared Cranberries, which was the absolute perfect choice! It’s such a beautiful Blend of garnet and burgundy colored sequins, with a touch of amber and lots of “sugar.” It’s perfect for the holidays, but it truly can be used all year round, as you can see with this card.
I love how this card came out, especially because the viewers helped me to create it. I hope you can join us for the next FB Live! Please visit the Sparkle Blends Shop to see all of the stunning Blends that are currently available. You can use my code, “ALISON10” for 10% off of your regular priced purchase, not including Bundles. Also, visit the Sparkle Blends Fan Club on FB for more inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
