Hiya! It’s Day 2 of sneak peeks for the latest Kawaii Cuties collection from Stamp Anniething. There are a number of items being shown today but I am focusing on the Love You Bunches stamps. I needed to make a bookmark for a culinary arts teacher, so I thought this stamp set would be just perfect. All of the new products will be available starting on January 16, 2022.

If you’ve been to my blog before, you may have seen some of my Artesprix sublimation projects. Basically, using special markers and ink, I can stamp, draw, and write on paper, then permanently “adhere” or sublimate the design on to anything that is either 100% polyester, or polyester coated. I have more info on this in my other blog posts, but if you want to see the process in action, I will be demoing how to make this bookmark during my FB Live in the Stamp Anniething Stampers FB Group on January 18th at 7PM EST. For this bookmark, I stamped all of the fruits and veggies I wanted to use with my sublimation ink pad, then painted and colored them in with my Artesprix Sublimation Markers. What’s nice is that you can mix these colors together easily to create your own colors. The lime for example, was a color I mixed myself. The stars that are on the bookmark are from the previously released Too Cute to Spook stamps from Kawaii Cuties. Once I finished my coloring, I did the sublimation process to transfer everything to the bookmark. I really, really love this bookmark and I think the one I make on the 18th I will be keeping for myself to use in my cookbooks.
