Hello! I have a new Kawaii Cuties project to share with you today. Kawaii Cuties is the newest brand under the fantastic Stamp Anniething Umbrella. These stamps and dies are all sized to work perfectly together, so you can mix and match elements from all of the sets until your heart’s content.
This card uses the Arch Top Slider Die for a fun interactive element, along with a sweet bunny from The Holidays are Here stamp set. If you’ve been a follower of mine for a length of time, you know that the often, the most of the interactive cards that I do are shakers. I get intimidated by fancy folds or crazy die cutting “puzzles” that make cards interactive. But the Arch Top Slider Die is something simple enough for me to use. This little bunny “slides” back and forth, by spinning the little circle at the bottom of the card. It’s adorable and fun to make.
I colored this bunny with Copics and used the coordinating outline dies. My base and the Arch Top Slider die components were all cut with cream colored cardstock, which I spritzed and painted a bit with Fireworks! Spray in Sweet Plum. I gave some dimension to my layers with foam tape, so that the die would work properly. I inked up my cardstock, used some decorative papers from my stash, and created my little scene.
I love the little sliding action you get from spinning the wheel. I also like that this isn’t a complicated die set to use. Please be sure to check out the rest of the Kawaii Cuties collection over at Stamp Anniething. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
