Hello! I’ve got a new YouTube video to share with you today and it’s focus is on how to mix patterned paper. I know that many of us have accumulated a lot of patterned paper, and sometimes it can be tricky to use on it’s own, let alone combining it with other patterns. I thought I would give a bit of an introduction on how to mix patterns together, and if folks like it and want to learn more, I can go into further detail in another video at a later date.
Check out the video here. Some additional details and photos are below.
For each of the cards, I used the “You’re a Fungi” stamp set from Hero Arts. I love these little mushrooms!
I won’t go into a lot of detail here, because everything is discussed in the video, but I gathered patterned paper that’s been in my stash for ages, as well as a couple that I made myself.
I kept the cards pretty simple, so that the patterns and the mushrooms would be the focus. Again, if folks are interested in this topic, I can make more complicated cards in a video at a later date.
I think these three cards are very sweet, and I really love using some of my stash. You can easily recreate these with any small images you may have. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I look forward to sharing more videos and projects with you soon. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
