Hello again! It’s time for a new challenge with A Day for Daises, and thankfully, it ties right into the 31 Days of Halloween. Now, along with this post, I also am participating in a fabulous hop between Imagine and Echo Park. To check out that post, please click HERE.
The theme for ADfD this month is “Anything Halloweeny Goes!” Sweet. So I worked with Miss Star Witch to create a 6×6 mini page with a vintage feel.
I know, I know…it’s not creepy. I’m sorry…..but I do like the end result. I used 3 colors of Zig Clean Color Markers and a water brush to color the witch and her kitty in. Then I added some Distress Inks and Memento inks on top to age the image further.
Now, remember how I mentioned that Imagine/Echo Park Blog Hop? Well, I wanted to give a nod to that hop, so you’ll notice that the die cut that I used on this card, is the same on that I used on the card for the hop. Plus, I dabbed 2 GORGEOUS Delicata (Shimmery Silver and Celestial Copper) inks on top of it, so it looks like a metal embellishment now.
My sentiment is from Stampendous, and is called Witching You. I stamped it with Black Shimmer Delicata ink and used the small “V” Fitted Frame (Set A), also from Stampendous. More ink. I added faux stitching with Tuxedo Black irRESISTables Pico Embellish around the edge. Please be sure to visit the rest of the Wicked Bloggers, all listed in my side bar, as well as the Echo Park blog hop with Imagine. Thanks for stopping by,, have a bewitching day!

What a fun card. I did notice how you used the doily die cut from the Imagine hop. Love the Delicata inks on it, too. The image is sweet and perfect for Halloween.
