We’ve got lots going on this week to keep your Summer Vacation hopping with inspiration. In one event we’re hopping all week with one of our very favorite craft partners. May Arts ribbon is an extremely generous sponsor for us here at Stampendous and our Design Team is absolutely in love with their gorgeous ribbons, cords, strings and specialty items. You’ll find loads of beautiful May Arts on all our samples.
As it’s also Dreamweaver Thursday, I combined my May Arts project along with a couple of lovely Dreamweaver Stencils. I used the Labels One die cut from Spellbinders to cut my cardstock.
Then, I took out the Shell Wreath and I used some White Embossing Paste to apply it to my cardstock. I immediately sprinkled some Crystal Glitter from the Christmas Micro Glitter Kit on to the embossed image, and shook off the excess. I let that dry, and then inked the edges.
I then measured out a piece of brown glittery Core’dinations cardstock. I grabbed 2 beautiful ribbons from May Arts and glued them down, wrapping them around the glittered cardstock before applying it directly to my card base. After that, I used my Scales stencil and inked the upper half of the card. I glues down my embossed Shell Wreath, and this card was done!
There are many other great projects today that show how amazing May Arts ribbon is. Please be sure to hop along. Don’t forget, there are prizes to be won! Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
