Hello! I have a mixed media card to share today that uses the February 2026 Embossing Folder of the Month from Spellbinders. It’s called Spring Stripes, and it’s really pretty. I got to use part of a Master Board I had made some time ago, and embellish it further to create this project.

My Master Board was made with sheet music, a stencil, a stamp, Distress Oxide Sprays and VersaFine Clair Inks. It was the perfect start for my focal panel. I adhered it to a piece of white cardstock for stability and then ran it through my die cut machine with the Embossing Folder. Then, using a brayer, I inked parts of the embossed panel with Dress Blues Ink from Catherine Pooler.

Next, I stamped and die cut my sentiment, which is from the January 2026 Stamp & Die of the Month from Spellbinders. I used the dies twice, to create an offset look to help the words stand out. I inked my card base with more Dress Blues and added a few Satin White Matte Card Bling from A Colorful Life Designs. I also splattered the background a bit with Bleed Proof White from Dr. Ph Martin’s.

I love, love, love this card. You don’t even notice that the embossed design is all over the background because there’s so many cool layers. It only really shows where I inked it. But you can of course feel it everywhere, which I really like. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of this month’s Club Kits. Some past Kits are available on their site too. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
