Greetings! Today’s card features Sagittarius from the Block Print Zodiac Collection from Spellbinders. You can make such unique birthday cards with this collection and I’ve been having a lot of fun with them.

I watercolored a panel with my Granulating Watercolors from Kuretake. After it was dry, I used Twilight VersaFine Clair Ink with the Sagittarius Press & Foil Plates to make my impressions. Then, I die cut the piece with one of the stitched rectangles in the Bow & Bell Scallop Frame Die Set.

I found some deep purple cardstock in my stash and sprayed it with Sheer Shimmer Spritz in Frost. You can see how pretty the shine is. Then, I inked my card base with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, to pick up on some of the blue in my focal panel.

I really would like to get the rest of the Block Print Zodiacs so that I have the full collection. Someone is always having a birthday, and again, these make unique, fast birthday cards. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
