Hello! I love using the Say Cheese Classic Pooh Collections from Spellbinders, and I really need to get some of the sets I’m missing. Today, I’m combining several die sets and a BetterPress Plate from Classic Pooh to make a sweet, Tigger-ific card.

I began by die cutting Tigger, from the Tigger and Eeyore Die Set. I used a pale yellow, to make him look more like the original Tigger, and I inked him with Tiara Ink from Catherine Pooler. I also die cut the letters from Pooh’s Alphabet, Numbers, and More in another shade of yellow, and used Tiara Ink again to add some depth. Next, I die cut Roo from the Kanga and Roo Characters Set. I did a bit of inking on him with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and Cummerbund Catherine Pooler Ink. My sentiment is from the Sweet Sentiments Press & Foil Set, and I inked it with Pinecone VersaFine Clair and added color to the paper with Buttercream Ink.

I made my background with Strathmore Smooth Bristol Cardstock and sprays. I first used Salvaged Patina Distress Spray Stain then dried it with my heat tool. Next, I went in with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Spray and spritzed it with some water to get the color to oxidize. After that dried, I used some Wild Honey Distress Oxide Spray, but sparingly, so that I didn’t get a lot of green. Then I inked the edge of my white card base with Icing on the Cake Ink.

You don’t need to have a “scene” to use characters like these. I fun, ink background is sometimes all you need. So. How do you spell love? Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the products in the Say Cheese Classic Pooh Collections. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
