Hello! I have a monochromatic Christmas card to share today that uses a couple of this month’s Club Kits from Spellbinders. As soon as I saw these products, I knew right away I wanted to make this card. It’s so pretty and full of texture and shine.

I first ran some forest green cardstock through my die cut machine with the Embossing Folder of the Month. I wanted it to really sparkle, so I spritzed it with Sheer Shimmer Spritz in Sparkle. You can see it better in the photo below. Next, I used a dusty mint green cardstock to stamp the focal image in the Clear Stamp & Die Set of the Month. I inked it with Spruce VersaFine Clair Ink and then I heat embossed it with clear powder. The coordinating die made it easy to cut out.

I cut out a matte to go behind the embossed layer and I inked it with a deep green ink directly from the pad. I inked my card base with a lighter green that still has a dusty look to it. I adhered all of my layers using 1mm Foam Tape for the tree and embossed layers.

These muted shades of green are so pretty, and they have a cozy vibe. It’s great that Spellbinders works so hard to make sure all of their kits coordinate so beautifully each month. Please be sure to visit Spellbinders to see all of this month’s Club Kits. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
