Hello! Catherine Pooler‘s newest collection is officially dropping today, called Curl Up with Winter. As I mentioned in THIS post, I love to craft, of course, and I also love to read. I enjoy baking too, especially with my daughter. You’ll see that this collection has a little bit of all of these things, which is so exciting! I need to get the rest of the collection, but for now, I’m going to show you 2 bookmarks that I made with the paper, some stamps, and dies from this collection. Make sure you get to the bottom of this post to learn about a special freebie!

Here are both of my bookmarks, which use the Mark and Track Bookmark Die Set.

The first bookmark that I made was the one on the right. I kept things pretty simple and took my time to familiarize myself with the color palette. I love that the Right at Home Paper has recommended ink colors to make things really easy! I wound up using Juniper Mist, because I like the contrast. I die cut the smaller bookmark die out of a dusty mint green cardstock, and the base layer of the bookmark from the patterned paper pad. Then I used the Track It Stamps for my details.

I thought it would be fun to break out my old photo corners to hold the small layer in place, so that I can see everything I wrote on it and still be able to change it out as needed. The Kraft color was perfect. I added some textured yarn to the top and then listed a bunch of books I want to read. This will be so handy to bring when I go to the library or a bookstore!

My second bookmark started with a base of coral colored cardstock, which I inked with Clay Mask Ink. The smaller layer was done with white so that I could stamp with several colors and write with whatever ink I wanted. My pocket layer was cut from the paper pad. You can see that I stamped several elements on the bookmark itself, as well as on separate white cardstock which I then die cut. I used Green Tea, Cashmere, and Clay Mask Inks, as well as more Juniper Mist. The Track It Stamp & Die Bundle were used on this bookmark as well. I used some bakers twine to make a tassel.
Now, how would you like to score a free Personalize This Stamp Set? Use the code in the photo, after you’ve added $50 worth of products to your cart. This is such a great set that can be used for lots of things! I hope you’re able to take advantage of this offer. Be sure to head over to the Catherine Pooler website to see the entire Curl Up with Winter Collection. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
