Ciao! The Buon Apetito Collection from Spellbinders is so much fun, and it really speaks to my pasta-loving heart. This has got to be one of my all-time favorite collections from Spellbinders, and I’m having a blast with it, even though it always makes me hungry. You can check out a video I made HERE using this collection.

I started by using a buttery yellow cardstock with the Al Dente 3D Embossing Folder. I did some really light ink blending with my Waffle Flower Shader 1+ Brush and Buttercream Ink from Catherine Pooler.

Then I die cut my onion, tomato, and garlic. Here’s a secret! The garlic is just the top layer of the onion! I cut the onion from a soft yellow cardstock and ink blended it with Pixie Dust Ink. I used Rouge Ink on the tomato, and my E41 Copic on the garlic. I added some white highlights to the tomato with a gel pen. Then, I inked my sentiment, which is from the Stay Saucy Stamp Set with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink on a piece of ivory cardstock. I inked the edges of the sentiment and the card base with the same Nocturne Ink.

I hope this card makes you smile. It certainly makes me have a big grin on my face! Make sure to check back here for the other projects I made with Buon Appetito. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
