Hello! Today’s card uses the City Holiday die set from Spellbinders‘ new collection with Yana Smakula, called Yana’s City Holiday. I am so in love with this die set, because there are so many wonderful ways you can customize this apartment building. There are some really sweet holiday decorations and I used a few today.

I die cut my pieces from various colors of cardstock including the Floral Cardstock Paper Pad from Scrapbook.com and had a fun time choosing the curtains for the windows. It’s hard to tell, but I used a deeper yellow for inside the windows to look like glowing light.
I kept everything fairly simple and made my regular A2 sized card. I will definitely be making more of these on 5×7 cards, to give myself more space for the background and next to the building, but I do like that it fits on an A2. I used some residual ink from my blue blending brush on my background for the night sky.
