Hello! Today I used the Gingerbread Plane die set from Spellbinders, which is part of the Candy Christmas Collection in collaboration with Stamperia. This sweet collection is great for the holidays, but as my card will show, you can really use it all year round.

I wanted the Gingerbread Plane to resemble a pink frosted donut, so I found some patterned and plain paper that I thought worked well. There’s not a lot of pieces, so putting this together was nice and quick. I used a couple of the same papers for the banner.

I cut the 3 cards out of white, and then found another great piece of patterned paper for my sky. I inked the edges of my card base with Pink Champagne Ink from Catherine Pooler. I kept everything flat for easy mailing.

I love how quick this was to put together. I also love that there are three different sentiments that come with this die set, so you can choose what you want your banner to say for the occasion you need. Please be sure to visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
