Hello! I love every collection that Yana Smakula creates for Spellbinders, but particularly the Yana’s Christmas Cats. I love how she fashioned some of the cats after her own, and used touches of her own apartment in the details of the collection. I have a couple of orange tabby cats (like Yana’s) that are getting into a bit of trouble with their Christmas tree on my card today.

I started off by making the two tabby cats, from the Christmas Cats Die Set. I just love their expressions! Then I made the tree, ornaments, hat, and pot for the tree, using the Christmas Cats Accessories Die Set. That patterned paper is from the Dear Santa Mega Kit.

Instead of using the arched window in the Christmas Cats Window View Die Set, I used the Essential Arches and the Color Block Accent Arches Die Sets. I also used some patterned paper from Lawn Fawn that has splatters on it in pink and green. I added my sentiment, which is from the Meowy Christmas Press + Foil & Die Set.

These two troublemakers are about to make a huge disaster, and frankly, I’m here for it. I think it’s hilarious. I love these cats, and I will absolutely be using them all year round. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
