Hello! I have a really pretty card to share that has lots of texture and one of the newest Press + Foil Plates from Paul Antonio and Spellbinders. Paul Antonio creates such beautiful calligraphy and I love working with his plates. Today’s card uses the Upright Italic Season’s Greetings.

I created an inky background using Uncharted Mariner, Salvaged Patina, and Antique Linen Distress Inks. I made sure to keep the center lighter than the edges. I also added some splatter with Walnut Stain. Next, I ran the Upright Italic Season’s Greetings Press + Foil Plate through my die cut machine with my BetterPress, using Twilight VersaFine Clair Ink.
Next, I ran the panel through the die cut machine again, this time with the Embossing Folder of the Month for October 2025 from Spellbinders, it’s called Holiday Flurry. I inked up the outer edges of the raised areas with Salvaged Patina and Uncharted Mariner, to create a vignette look. Then, I added a few snowflake die cuts from the Die of the Month and the Large Die of the Month from July 2025 from Spellbinders. I mounted the panel onto a white card base.
I love the blustery feel this card has. The texture and colors are so pretty. This could even make a fabulous birthday card for a winter birthday, if you just change out the sentiment.
