Hello! Ghosts are very on trend right now. I don’t know who decided it, but I am here for it 100%. I recently purchased some fun button down shirts with ghosts on them and I wear them all the time. One of them has mushrooms and fenrs and it’s just the cutest! Anyway, I knew as soon as I saw the Greenwich Market 3D Emboss and Cut Frame from Spellbinders that I just had to add some ghosties to it. And Hero Arts just released their Summerween Collection, which had the perfect sized ghosts that I needed.

I die cut a ghost from the Free Spirit Die Set and the We All Scream Die Set. I used a couple of warm gray Copics to add some details.

I die cut the frame two times and embossed it once. I popped the top layer up with 3mm black foam tape from Scrapbook.com, and used white foam tape of different thicknesses for the ghosts. I also added a “boo” which was die cut from the We All Scream Die Set. It’s black on black, so it’s hard to see, but that was by design to add to the spook factor. To really make that frame look fabulous, I rubbed the raised areas with Gold Hero Wax from Hero Arts. It makes it stand out beautifully.

I love this piece so much, and I already have it hanging in my house. I had the perfect spot for it. We keep some spooky decorations up all year. Please visit Hero Arts and Spellbinders to see all of their latest releases. Thanks for stopping by. Have a spooktacular day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
