Hello! I’ve got a sweet critter card today that uses the Spectacular Penguin from Spellbinders’ Spectacular Christmas Collection. I also use this month’s 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, which is called Festive Greetings. This card is bold and really cute!

I first built my penguin. I used only a few colors of cardstock, and only did a bit of ink blending on the Peridot Cardstock with Lime Rickey Ink. It’s important to note that the body of the penguin comes from the Spectacular Bear Die Set. I opted to not have the penguin hold anything, but you certainly can!
For my background, I used the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month with a red cardstock. Then, I inked up the raised areas with Lumberjack Plaid Distress Ink. After I adhered that panel and my penguin to the card base, I added my sentiment, which is from the July 2026 Stamp & Die of the Month.
