Hello! I’ve got another card that uses some of this month’s Club Kits from Spellbinders. This selection of kits really makes me in the mood to garden, and I can’t wait to get outside and start planting things! To prep for this card, I pulled out lots of colored cardstock and just started die cutting…no final plan in mind. Once I had a whole bunch of items cut and glued, that’s when I figured out how to design my card.

I used a mix of brands for my cardstock, but a lot of it is from Scrapbook.com. While I love the Spellbinders Cardstock, I currently have more color choices through the Scrapbook.com’s collection, and they worked really well for what I needed. These dies are really simple to put together, and aren’t fiddly, in my opinion. Please note, there is no die for the tote bag itself. You can just cut a piece of cardstock to the width of your card and whatever height you need.

Behind my market tote, I added some light blue cardstock. I didn’t want a color that would compete with any of the other colors I used. Then I chose Cinnamon Cardstock from Spellbinders for my sentiment, which is part of the Clear Stamp & Die of the Month. I stamped it with VersaMark Ink and used a gold embossing powder to heat set it. I popped up the sentiment, the tote, and the handles with foam tape.

I really enjoyed making this market tote filled with yummy and pretty things. Eventually, I’d like to use other dies to fill it….perhaps some of the craft supplies dies that Spellbinders released last year? Maybe some other florals? There’s definitely lots of options. Please visit Spellbinders to see all of this month’s Club Kits. Some past Kits are available on their site too. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
