Greetings! Today’s card uses the A Little Nuts Stamp & Cut set from Hero Arts. I made a really quick and easy card to show you not just how to use some patterned paper, but that you don’t always have to color in outline elements to get fun results.

I chose a red and a green ink and stamped the nutcracker 5 times. I used the coordinating die to cut them out. Then, I found some patterned paper that wasn’t too busy to coordinate with them.

Then, I stamped my sentiment with Spruce VersaFine Clair Ink to match the dark green spots and die cut that out. I adhered the green nutcrackers flat onto my background and popped up the red ones with foam tape. I adhered the sentiment with Bearly Arts Glue on the sides, and foam in the middle to keep it raised properly. I kept my card base white.

Using a repeating pattern like this, with some of your colored inks is a fun and quick way to make a card. I hope this gives you some ideas! Be sure to visit Hero Arts to see all of their latest releases. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
